Our handsomely designed facility, recently expanded to 70,000 square feet, provides members with endless opportunities to get fit and stay healthy for life. And our friendly, professional staff supports members in achieving a balanced approach to exercise, weight management, stress reduction and physical rehab.
Through innovative services and programs, and in partnership with Baptist Hospital East, our goal is to improve the well being of our community by helping individuals reach and exceed their goals.
