Executive Physical Program

At Baptist Health@Work, we understand that busy executives have little time to spare. Our executive physicals are designed to provide a comprehensive physical exam, complete with clinical testing and evaluation, offered in a coordinated and efficient manner. Participants enjoy VIP treatment throughout the process with guidance from a personal nurse navigator.

Our executive physicals are administered at Baptist Eastpoint, a new, modern facility with convenient access to I-71 and I-64. Upon your arrival, you will be paired with one of our highly skilled physicians and receive a top-of-the-line clinical evaluation without the hassle and expense of traveling to other cities for the same level of care. Upon completion of the executive physical, you will receive a same-day customized summary of your results and follow-up consultation from the physician.

Core Physical

Medical/family history review
Comprehensive physical
Electrocardiogram (EKG)
Cardiac stress tests (non-imaging): Baseline at age 45, then every two years
Body composition analysis
Spirometry
Audiometry
Visual acuity
Immunization review
Nutrition consult with a registered dietitian

Laboratory tests:
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential
- Urinalysis
- Complete Metabolic Profile (CMP)
- Lipid Panel (Cholesterol)
- Thyroid function tests
- C reactive protein, Homocysteine
- Liver/kidney function tests
- Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA): Annual testing typically begins at age 50 (men)
- Pap smear (women)
- Additional tests may be recommended by physician
