Patient Survey - Treated with Respect by Nurses

The graph at the link below illustrates responses to the following Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) question "Treated with Respect by Nurses."

The question reads “During this hospital stay, how often did nurses treat you with courtesy and respect?” The possible answers are “Never”, “Sometimes”, “Usually” and “Always.” The score is defined as the percent of patients who answer “Always.”

In the graph at this link, the percentage of the patients surveyed in the most recent quarter who answered “Always” is available.
