3. Treated with Respect by Nurses

The question reads “During this hospital stay, how often did nurses treat you with courtesy and respect?” The possible answers are “Never”, “Sometimes”, “Usually” and “Always.” The score is defined as the percent of patients who answer “Always.”

In the graph below, 94% of the patients surveyed in Quarter 4 answered “Always.”

Baptist Hospital Northeast strives to attain the highest score possible on this measure.
