Kohl’s books and plush toys benefit Western Baptist Hospital Foundation.
Kohl’s Department Store in Paducah is donating 100 percent of the net profit of its $5 books and exclusive plush toys to children’s health and educational opportunities through the Western Baptist Hospital Foundation.
The books and plush toys are the newest offering from the Kohl’s Care Cause merchandise program. Since 2000, Kohl’s stores have turned $5 merchandise into more than $150 million to help make a positive difference in the lives of children. The funds generated through this program will help improve the health of the children in the region.”
The Foundation raises funds to help the hospital purchase medical equipment, enhance hospital facilities and expand patient services, such as the recent Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
