Bluegrass Family Health receives high ratings in the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Survey
Bluegrass Family Health has completed the 2010 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) member satisfaction survey, conducted by The Myers Group, a nationally recognized survey research firm, certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Bluegrass received the highest ratings of all of the health plans in Kentucky in customer service and claims processing, the two areas most responsible for meeting satisfaction and customer retention.
