Baptist Hospital East voted as Best Hospital in Best of Louisville awards.
Readers of Louisville Magazine have voted Baptist Hospital East as Best Hospital in the 2010 Best of Louisville® awards.
This is the 25th year for the magazine to present the awards, based on voting by its readership. The “Best Hospital” category, which had not been on the ballot for several years, was last won by Baptist East in 1999.
The July issue of the magazine lists and profiles both the Readers’ Choice and Critics’ Choice winners in this year’s balloting.
In recent months, Baptist East has been named among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the sixth consecutive year, was a finalist in the first-ever Acorn Awards for “green practices,” and won the top spot in the healthcare category of the We CARE Awards presented by Republic Bank for community service.
