Baptist East, Central Baptist and Western Baptist receive Gold Performance Achievement Awards

Baptist East and Western Baptist have each received a quality award from the American Heart Association – The Gold Performance Achievement Award for coronary artery disease treatment in AHA’s Get With the Guideline program.

Central Baptist also received the American College of Cardiology Foundation’s     NCDR ACTION Registry – GWTG Gold Performance Achievement Award for 2009.

The awards recognize hospitals that follow treatment guidelines in certain key measures at least 85 percent of the time and have maintained this performance level for consecutive twelve month intervals.
