Baptist East, Central Baptist and Western Baptist Named are among the Top 100 Hospitals for patient experience by WomenCertified®.

WomenCertified®, a trusted referral source for top businesses and brands identified among women, has recognized Baptist Hospital East, Central Baptist Hospital and Western Baptist Hospital among the country’s Top 100 Hospitals for Patient Experience. The three Baptist Healthcare System hospitals are among only six Kentucky hospitals recognized.

Hospitals are selected for this prestigious annual list based on a proprietary scoring process that incorporates Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) scores along with a higher level of analysis that weighs criteria identified as the most important to women for patient satisfaction. Additionally, it takes into consideration WomenCertified’s in-depth research on customer satisfaction among women, including a joint study on customer satisfaction by gender conducted with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As Top 100 Hospitals and because of their high consumer satisfaction scores, WomenCertified is recognizing Western Baptist Hospital, Baptist Hospital East and Central Baptist Hospital with its Women’s Choice Award.
